I was able to collect information and categorize it into three different groups (Fig. 1).

To develop an app where individuals manage their food by providing a smart, user-friendly platform for cataloging pantry and kitchen items, tracking expiration dates, and offering tailored recipe suggestions.

This creates a gap between what people know and what they actually do when it comes to mindful consumption and sustainable food management.
